Coverage reflects chapters and travel.
A City Hall ceremony in one building differs from preparation, a coastal ceremony, family, and dinner across several locations. Estimate the time needed for the actual story, including movement and gathering.

Planning can be part of the value.
Location research, permit guidance, timing, weather alternatives, and vendor referrals may be included or separate. Clarify what the photographer takes responsibility for before comparing totals.
Delivery and protection do not shrink with the wedding.
Backup equipment, redundant capture, editing, gallery delivery, archiving, insurance, and contracts remain necessary for a two-person ceremony. A short event still produces files that cannot be recreated.

Ask what can change the final price.
Travel, permits, additional film, assistants, albums, rush delivery, taxes, and adding coverage later may affect the total. A useful proposal makes those conditions visible before booking.
