Engagement sessions without awkward posing — see the work

Local wedding photography collections

Bay Area starting points, built around time and people.

A wedding reception photographed with two-photographer coverage

No gemstone names. No hidden bundles. The collections keep the math legible: time, team size, a minimum number of finished photographs, and the same complete core delivery.

Everything can be customized. We recommend coverage around where people will be, what happens at the same time, and how the day moves—then send a permanent private guide with the exact regional pricing, travel, taxes, add-ons, and payment choices in one place.

Start with the smallest collection that genuinely meets the needs you know now. Time can be added as the timeline becomes secure or even on the wedding day. Once time or another service is added, it becomes part of the committed booking and cannot later be removed.

The amounts on this page are the local Bay Area starting prices. Regional, regional-far, national, and international events use separate guides so the travel terms and total remain clear.

When the room gets bigger

At about 115 guests, two photographers change the story.

One of us can stay with the essential action while the other works the edges: parents reacting, children moving through the room, guests arriving, a second preparation space, or the light changing outside. It also gives us creative range—one person can protect the photograph we must make while the other takes the risk that may become the one you remember.

What the collection becomes

The photographs are only useful if they can live with you.

The private pricing guide explains each part visually, but these are the pieces every couple should understand before comparing coverage.

01

The finished gallery

High-resolution photographs, a private Pic-Time gallery, sharing, downloads, favorites, a 4K slideshow, and a professional print shop are part of every collection.

02

Albums made from the whole story

Vision Art albums are designed in the studio with archival papers, panoramic spreads, full-grain leather, and room for the photographs around the obvious highlights.

03

Film and digital together

Digital protects speed, darkness, and complete coverage. Film contributes texture, restraint, and another way of holding color without turning the gallery into two competing looks.

An open-air photobooth

Professional light, a real camera, an attendant, unlimited photographs and prints, and enough room for the groups that never fit inside a small booth.

The useful questions

Enough detail to compare honestly.

01Why are the collections named by the kind of coverage?

We skipped precious stones, metals, and bundles because they hide the useful information. The collection name tells you the scale of the event; the hours, team size, and finished-image minimum tell you what you are actually comparing.

02Can a collection be customized?

Yes. Begin with the smallest collection that honestly covers what you know today. Photography can be added in 30-minute increments while the timeline develops—even on the wedding day—and another photographer can be added when the plan calls for one. Once time or a service is added to the booking, it becomes a committed addition and cannot later be removed.

03When do you recommend two photographers?

At roughly 115 guests, we strongly recommend two photographers. The point is not simply more files: one of us can protect the essential action while the other follows reactions, family, parallel events, and the creative risk that makes a complete story feel alive.

04Are taxes and travel included?

The private guide for your region is written as an easy-to-budget total and states the included travel and applicable taxes. Regional, national, and international versions preserve the exact pricing and travel terms you received.

05How are payments handled?

The standard plan is split between signing and the event date. An interest-free eight-payment plan is also available for weddings, and family sessions can use a custom monthly plan.

The complete private guide

Start with the event, not a package name.

Send the date, locations, guest count, and the loose version of the plan. We’ll recommend enough coverage without asking you to invent a final timeline before you are ready, then send the permanent version of the pricing guide that applies to your event.
