The story
This engagement session began along the Embarcadero and followed the changing light toward Pier 7. The city stayed recognizable without becoming more important than the way the couple were together.
Pier 7 · Embarcadero
The waterfront created a natural route.
Walking between open bay light, city texture, and Pier 7 kept the session moving. No single setup had to carry the whole gallery.

A familiar San Francisco location can still feel personal when the session follows the people instead of repeating a pose list.

San Francisco
Direction kept the momentum going.
We gave the couple enough structure to avoid wondering what to do, then let conversation and movement replace the instruction as soon as they were comfortable.

Why this story matters
Sunset was a transition, not a deadline.
The session used the softer light before sunset and the city color that remained afterward, creating a fuller story than one brief golden-hour pose.
