The story
When the couple told us they owned a boat named Euphoria and wanted to do their engagement session out on the water in San Francisco Bay, we were in immediately. There’s something different about shooting an entire engagement session on a small boat. The movement, the light, the constant shift of the Bay all around you. It changes the pace in a way that feels both relaxed and a little unpredictable.

What started as a fun idea turned into something more than that. An experience out on the water, and a set of photographs that feel completely tied to it. The boat gave them something real to do together, so the session never needed a long list of poses to keep moving.
