The story
Sixty people gathered at Slide Ranch for a coastal ceremony, dinner in the landscape, sunset above the Pacific, dancing, a fire pit, and s’mores beside the yurts.
Slide Ranch
The coast shaped the plan before it shaped the photographs.
Shuttles, wind, walking, setup, and the exposed landscape needed a clear plan. Once those pieces were settled, guests could arrive, take their seats, and experience the ceremony without the logistics becoming the story.

Slide Ranch gave a small wedding the scale of the coast while keeping the people close enough for the whole celebration to feel shared.

Muir Beach · Marin County
Dinner and sunset remained part of one gathering.
The reception stayed on the property, allowing dinner, toasts, cake, and a short sunset exploration to flow together. The couple could use the cliffs and ocean without disappearing from their sixty guests for a separate portrait production.

Why this story matters
The yurts and fire pit made the evening feel inhabited.
Dancing, warm layers, the fire, and s’mores gave the night a different texture from the open afternoon. The finished story holds both the drama of the Marin coast and the informal pleasure of everyone settling into the place together.
