The story
We spent the afternoon with the couple walking around Point Reyes Station, one of our favorite day trip spots. We didn't have to go far before we found this beautiful old barn and decided to go exploring.

The complete sequence
A real story needs the parts between the portraits.
This engagement story in Point Reyes · West Marin is shown as a sequence: the people arriving, the setting taking shape, the ceremony, the reactions around it, and the way the celebration changed afterward. The photographs stay together so the day reads as more than a short highlight reel.

A town, not only a landscape
Point Reyes Station gave the engagement session a lived-in route.
West Marin is often reduced to fields, coast, and overlooks. Beginning in Point Reyes Station brought storefronts, streets, food, ordinary movement, and a sense of local life into the photographs before the landscape opened around the couple.
The session works because the locations connect rather than compete. A compact town chapter and nearby outdoor space create visual range without spending the hour driving between distant landmarks. The result feels like time together in a region with character, not a catalog of recognizable West Marin backgrounds.
