Carolyn and Austin used The Bungalow Kitchen as one connected waterfront wedding venue: preparations and portraits nearby, an open-roof ceremony in the Sun Room, cocktails downstairs, portraits along the bay, and dinner and dancing back inside.

A first look and family photographs before guests arrived
They prepared at Waters Edge, met for their first look at 2:30, and finished wedding-party and family photographs before the 4:30 ceremony. Keeping those groups before the ceremony protected the cocktail hour without making the afternoon feel rushed.

An open-roof ceremony above the bay
The ceremony took place upstairs in the Sun Room with the roof open. Guests moved downstairs to the patio for cocktails while the room was reset, and Carolyn and Austin stepped out for waterfront portraits during the best evening light.

Dinner, film photographs, and a late-night speakeasy
Everyone returned upstairs for dinner and toasts before the party opened downstairs with dancing, a photo booth, and the speakeasy. Digital and 35mm photographs carry the story from the bright waterfront afternoon into the darker restaurant rooms.
